Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Your satisfaction is assured through our no risk, 100%, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee.  If for any reason, you aren't satisfied with any of the Certificate, Seminars or BBA or MBA courses, just contact us within 30 days and we'll refund 100% of your tuition payment. No questions asked.

Q: Do you offer teacher support? ¿Can students and graduates interact with each other?
A: Certainly.
1 - Your teachers will give you support and help via Email with no limitations at all.
2 - Students and graduates can choose to participate in the free AmbaiU Online Study & Discussion Group, and in this way communicate freely with each other.

Q: What is the total cost?
A: The fee of each Seminar is clearly indicated in the respective Webpage. There are no additional nor hidden costs. The fee of the BBA and MBA is simply the addition of the Seminars and the Research paper required by the program.

Q: Do you have students from large multinationals?
A: Yes, many of our students and graduates work for companies such as Boeing, IBM, Nestlé, Unilever, Origin (Philips), Siemens, Shell, etc. Of course others work for local companies, the United Nations, governments or armed forces of many countries, or run their own businesses.

Q: How do I pay for my tuition? Is it a secure process?
A: The fee payment is processed by secure server. You may also choose to pay via ClickBank if PayPal is not available in your country. As soon as you make your payment, the Portal of the Seminar will appear on your screen You can begin your study at once, or save  the URL for access any time, as often as you wish. Additionally, PayPal will send you an email confirming the transaction, showing the URL of the Portal as  Item/Product Name. Please save this email for your records.

Q: I don't have a credit card. Are there any alternative methods?
A: Yes, you may pay by direct bank ro bank wire transfer or via Western Unions. Please send a message to and you will receive an automated response.

Q: Do  you provide telephone service?
A: it is our policy not to verbally provide any information to complement the very comprehensive content of our websites. We will, of course, answer any queries made in writing. This will avoid any misunderstandings that may arise from phone conversations, especially in view that English ins not the first language of many of our students and prospective students.  This is the main reason why we regret not being able to provide phone service.
Also, please consider that:
1) We have students and prospective students all over the world, and providing phone service to places 12 time zones apart as say HK and NY would force us to have a 24 x 7 service we can not afford at the very low tuition fees we charge.
2) Questions and answers between prospective students and AmbaiU members via email have the obvious advantage of written records as compared with the risk of misunderstandings highly likely in verbal communications. It is our policy that all such interchanges must be documented in the form of email messages or faxes, for the protection of both parties of the interchange.
The phone number we list in our websites is fine for sending faxes and leaving voice messages but normally we will answer these only via email. If you leave a voice message be sure to clearly state your email address. 

Q: Any other advantages?
A: Lots of.  All you need is access to a computer and the ability to connect with the Internet from time to time; you do not need a permanent connection. You can even connect from a public computer.
You will access and download lectures, questions and assignments from the University and then review them off-line, on your Desktop or on a Laptop you can take with you anywhere.
Your teacher will provide guidance and feedback on your progress.
You do not have to give up anything . You can go on with your work and your personal life while studying at your own pace, at your convenience, day or night, from any place in the world you happen to be, at any time that fits your schedule.
