Business Training Program

How International is AmbaiU?

  • The following 11  Seminars are taken individually and Diplomas awarded for the different subjects as described below.

  • Candidates who wish to earn the MBA degree that qualifies to sit for the  Certified MBA Exam (CMBA) are expected to pass all 11 Seminars and complete a Research Project.  

  • Students may select only individual Seminars and earn the individual Diplomas according to their specific interests, or they may pass all Seminars and subsequently earn the MBA degree by completing the required Research Project.

  • Each Seminar is divided into Modules. After completing each module the candidates must work on a questionnaire for self-evaluation, and send a homework assignment to his/her tutor at AmbaiU.

  • After the candidate has worked through all Modules of a Seminar, he/she must sit for a final exam taken online. Certification is based on an overall grade of 70% minimum combining the grades of the  homework assignments and the final exam.

The International BBA / MBA Program

Is this Program  for you? Candidates can be nationals or residents of any country. They are expected to have at least a solid secondary level education, be over 21 years of age, have some work experience  and a good command of English reading and writing. The Seminars leading to BBA and MBA are targeted at working adults who cannot afford the time to pursue a traditional university education. However, this is no easy fast-track program. No credit is given for work or life experience. To earn an AmbaiU BBA or MBA all required Seminar courses, homework assignments, exams and research papers must be successfully completed. While courses are self-paced, a realistic  time for completing an MBA for a working person varies from 18 months  to 3 years.
 

The International MBA Program

This is the AmbaiU Flagship Program, approved as an MBA granting program by the International Certification Institute (ICI) for the Certified MBA Exam

  • The AmbaiU MBA is awarded to candidates who:
    1.  pass all 11 Seminars described above, and
    2.  submit a Research Paper which reaches the required academic level
  • AmbaiU MBA holders are accepted at the Certified MBA Exam (CMBA) operated by the International Certification Institute of North Carolina, USA.
  • A previous BBA degree is not required since the MBA program includes all core subjects covered in a BBA program.  However a candidate can also choose to earn a BBA before continuing to the MBA.

The International BBA Program

  • A candidate can also opt to earn a BBA / Bachelor Business Administration first, and later if he or she wishes, complete the Seminars and Research required for the AmbaiU MBA

AMBAI/AmbaiU International Business School is the creation of a group of executives from different areas of expertise with many years of working experience at international headquarters and foreign subsidiaries of large US and European multinationals. They founded and operate this institution since 1998 with the sole objective of teaching Business Management and Administration via Internet at a very affordable cost for adult students regardless of their nationality or place of residence. The AMBAI/AmbaiU courses reflect the international work experience of the developers and faculty, who constantly interact with many people from different nationalities and cultures in all aspects of business.
The courses are in English but open to all persons of any race, sex or national origin living anywhere in the world except where restricted by local regulations.
Since 1998 AMBAI, the American Management and Business Administration Institute and AmbaiU have been training successful men and women from more than 30 countries in General Management, Business and Finance. With AmbaiU's quality Web-based Online eLearning Courses, our graduates developed their skills for running successful businesses as owner-operators, or for advancing in their careers as professional managers.
AmbaiU is an Independent International School for Advanced Online Business Studies. Faculty and officials -all volunteers- are executives of multinational corporations who donate their time and effort for this public service program. They are located in different countries and interact among them and with students via the Web. 
For that reason AmbaiU's Cambridge, MA address is a virtual liaison office used to process correspondence and faxes, not the physical location of AmbaiU's faculty and officials nor the legal domicile of AMBAI / AmbaiU. Back

College-level programs

  1. Independent evaluations of these online business courses have judged them of being of college-level, including the qualification by the  International Certification Institute that the AmbaiU MBA program meets ICI's requirements of being an MBA degree granting program.
  2. Several Universities have accepted AmbaiU graduates for their advanced study programs based on the quality of our academic teaching. This decision is based on the judgment of each institution; we do not guarantee acceptance of academic credits given that AmbaiU has not yet formally applied for licensing/accreditation in any jurisdiction. Please notice that "Accreditation is a purely voluntary, non-governmental process"  (The Distance Education and Training Council  http://www.detc.org/frequentlyQust.html).
  3. Top local and multinational firms as well as international organizations such as the UN have accepted AmbaiU degrees for hiring and promoting employees. Here again this depends on the individual case, since some employers consider only degrees from formally accredited institutions.
